Precision Nutrition
It is a simple study that allows you to understand your genetic profile, helping you comprehend how your metabolism functions, how your body reacts to different macronutrients and micronutrients, how to enhance your physical capabilities to improve performance, and what resources are best for weight loss. In summary, understanding your genetics enables you to incorporate habits and behaviors that allow you to maintain a healthy lifestyle and enjoy a better quality of life.
Genetics provide information to help you understand how your body processes carbohydrates, fats, nutrients, and vitamins through an analysis of genetic markers associated with dietary behavior.
The nutrigenetics test provides you with the tools to optimize your nutrition and training with the goal of improving your quality of life! The study comes with personalized professional guidance from a team of medical nutritionists and sports doctors.
How is the Nutrigenetics Study Conducted?
The test is performed through a simple saliva or blood sample from which we extract your DNA. Then, the laboratory, equipped with state-of-the-art technology, analyzes your genetic profile related to nutrition and training. Before delivering the results, you will have an initial appointment with our specialized physician to evaluate your situation and discuss your interests.
At approximately 30 days, the physician will provide and explain your report. Depending on your goals, in this second meeting, they will define a plan, and together, you will assess how to proceed. They will determine the best tailored routine according to your results and interests. The plan will be personalized and exclusive to you and your body.
